SANDBOX PH is a virtual startup competition for Filipinos ages 16 to 24.
Our goal is to fundamentally transform the Philippines into a prosperous economy by creating more founders who builds innovative products and unicorn companies that will generate the jobs of the future.

Our Story

SANDBOX PH was founded by Leian Raphaell Padrinao and Carl Rosales, both teenage startup founders, to build the platform they wish were already available during the time they were just starting: where young Filipinos can learn, network, get mentorship and funding.

Our Team

Our team is composed of Filipino teenage startup founders and students from University of the Philippines (UP), Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), University of the East (UE), Ateneo de Manila University, Mapúa University, etc.

Founder’s Bootcamp is the world’s largest startup program for teenagers.

Their students garnered millions of dollars of revenue and investment offers and have been accepted into prestigious programs like Y Combinator. This year, They're on track to have 100,000+ applicants from 6 continents.

Together with elite UCLA Anderson MBA graduates and candidates (each with relevant and prestigious experience), Founders Bootcamp has the right team to disrupt youth entrepreneurship:

ROGER KASSEBAUM is a world-renowned high school teacher. He won many teaching awards, including from the President in the White House, helped 22 students get patents and 20 get published in scientific journals, was recognized by Intel as the first teacher ever with electronic assignments and submissions, and managed a space shuttle payload from NASA's mission control with his students.

RICHARD DAHAN is Roger's former student and a proud member of MIT’s first set of quadruplets. He has built tech projects from a satellite to a submarine, has been involved in over 20 early stage startup companies, and manages investment portfolios collectively with over $50,000,000 of assets.
